Job Requirement Urgent Requirements for Experienced Soft Skills Trainer for Outbound Sales Process, for Health Care Bpo Division, with Excellent Communication and Interpretation Skills. Person Should Be Good with Various Team Building Activities and to Conduct Induction Programme.
technical Competencies :

1. Should have Good Knowledge of Computers
2. Should have Good Filtering and Searching Skills
3. Apt On Ms Office Tools-(especially On Powerpoint)
4. Should have Good Internet Browsing Skills.

Role & Responsibilities- (jd)
- Establish Standards for Voice and Accent, Mr Domain Training At Entry Level, Behavioral Training, Time Management Training for Team Leaders, Assistant Managers & Managers.
- Creating a Training Need Analysis, Ideating and Creating Complete Learning Solutions. also Create Modules and Deliver Trainings, Orientation, Project as Well as Client Specific Training for New Hires and Existing Staff Leading to Improvement in Quality Scores & Better Call Recordings.
- Address Ongoing Training Needs Identified By Quality Department & Project Management and Deliver Refresher Trainings as Required.
- Train New Recruits in Customer Service, Stress Management, Business Writing Skills.
- Maintaining Mis On Trainings Done & Training Effectiveness Measured.
- Create a Training Calendar for Self & Supervisor/hr Nominated Training Programs.
- Provide Feedback to Management On Areas of Process Compliance & Improvement Opportunity Across the Organization.
- Ensure that Intellectual Capital is Built, Captured, and Re-used.

Soft Skill :
- Excellent Oral/ Written Communication Skills.
- Excellent Communication and Writing Skills
- Should Be Well-versed with Call Center Jargons
- Training Delivery Skills
- Ability to Connect Through Words
- Good Public Speaking Ability

Work Experience:
1. Total 2 to 3 Years of Experience with Any International Bpo
2. 6 Months to 1 Year of Experience in Healthcare/medical Domain (preferably)
shift Timings - Flexible to Work in Rotational Shifts. (generally Us Shift)
working Days - 5 Working Days & Sun Fixed Off.
cab Facility-cab & Meal Would Be Provided.
